SHIPPING COSTS

STORE PICKUP

BUY ONLINE, PICKUP IN STORE is a simple service that saves your time! Order online and save on shipping by picking up your order at our physical store. Store pickup is FREE for all orders! Just choose the “pick up in store” option when your checkout. We’ll send you a “ready for pick up” confirmation email when your order is ready.

Before arriving the store, please make sure you have the following: 1, Your “ready for pick up” confirmation email. 2, A valid photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport).

CANADA

Shipping is free for all orders $120+ (before taxes and after discounts) anywhere in Canada. Orders below this minimum will be entitled to a preferential flat rate of $12 across the country.

It is very important to double check the address entered when you place an order. We are not responsible for any costs incurred if there is an error or if you forget a detail (eg. unit number) in your address.

UNITED STATES

Due to the recent increase in import tariffs, we are no longer able to offer shipping to the United States at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We will provide updates on this policy should there be any changes in the future.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

ATLANTIC AND QUEBEC

Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse a maximum of 1-5 working days* following your purchase. Your package will then arrive at your home in 2-5 working days* depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier’s end.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to track the shipping status. This tracking number will be active in 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

*please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery delays during peak periods such as during national sales days (Black Friday, Boxing Day) and during the holiday season.

NATIONAL (Rest of Canada)

Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse a maximum of 1-5 working days* following your purchase. Your package will then arrive at your home in 3-7 working days* depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier’s end.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to track the shipping status. This tracking number will be active in 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

MY PARCEL SEEMS TO BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact the carrier directly (e.g. Canada Post) with your tracking number. they will be able to tell you exactly where your package is. If they ever tell you that they can’t find it (it’s rather rare), write us at service@embreeze.ca and we will help you.

ARE THE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?

All shipping charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to a free delivery on the initial order).
