If any of our products do not suit you, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase — both for online store orders and purchases in our physical stores.

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

• The product was purchased at full price (discounted products are non refundable)
• The product and its packaging are in like-new condition (unused and undamaged)
• The product is still available for sale (not discontinued)

For online purchases, if the product meets all the above conditions, submit your return request by logging into your account by entering your email address, then follow the steps on the page to submit your request from the order for which you wish to initiate a return.

Please note that except for the orders with broken or damaged issues, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer – a return address will be provided to you, and it is your responsibility to drop off the package at carrier’s depot near you, ensuring that the package is well packaged and protected until it reaches our warehouse. Once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected to our satisfaction by our team, we will refund the cost of the product as well as the taxes to the original payment method. Delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Due to customs regulations, we cannot accept international returns and exchanges.

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges possible on products purchased on promotion or during sales events like black friday/cyber monday/boxing day.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
